As one of the founders of MV&P I apply everything I’ve learned about building teams, shaping businesses, scaling operations, managing risk, and preparing companies for a successful exit.

Understanding where a business wants to go is only half the job. Acting on that vision, while navigating constant change, people, risk, and momentum, is where many leaders end up busy but not actually moving forward. It’s when straight thinking and decisive action is necessary and it’s the space I enjoy working in most.

Before MV&P, I co-founded Waste Creative nearly two decades ago. We built it from a small studio into a globally recognised creative business, with headquarters in London and Japan, bridging leading gaming and entertainment brands with their communities and fandoms.

In 2021, Waste was acquired by Keywords Studios. I was closely involved throughout the process, from preparing the business for sale, through the transaction itself, and into the integration over the next four years.
