I’m a Founding Partner at MV&P, where we help founders and leadership teams accelerate growth by providing hands-on strategic and operational support from operators who have built and scaled businesses across multiple markets.

Previously, I co-founded Waste, a fan-first global creative agency with operations across London, Japan, and Manila, combining world-class creative leadership with high-performing delivery teams.

Waste built a client roster including Google, EA, Nintendo, Sega, and Supercell, and earned multiple industry honours such as The Drum’s Content Marketing Agency of the Year and DADI Agency of the Year. The company ranked among The Drum’s Top 10 Most Awarded Agencies worldwide and the Top 100 Best Small UK Companies to Work For before being acquired by Keywords Studios in 2021.

Following the acquisition, Waste expanded further into APAC, scaled its Manila operations, and launched the animation studio This Thing of Ours, with work recognised by D&AD, ADC, and the Clios.

Today, I apply this experience in global operations, offshoring models, and scaling brands and teams to help companies move faster and build resilient, globally competitive businesses.
